  • To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total stay price must be transferred to the bank account provided.
  • The remaining balance will be paid upon key delivery or during your stay at the accommodation.
  • The accommodation will only be occupied by the number of people reserved.

This accommodation is rented:

  1. Entirely (the whole house)
  2. By unit (separate apartments)
  • High season includes the months of June, July, and August.
  • Low season applies to the rest of the year.
  • During June, July, and August, the minimum stay is one weekend.
    For weekends, the minimum stay is two nights.
  • If you wish to book an extra bed, there is an additional cost of €10/night, and prior notice is required.
  • Cots are available at no extra charge for children under two years old.
  • Pets are welcome.

For weekend reservations:
– Check-in: Friday (time to be arranged)
– Check-out: Sunday (time to be arranged)

For full week reservations:
– Check-in: Monday (time to be arranged)
– Check-out: Sunday (time to be arranged)

In accordance with DECREE 159/2012, dated November 20, regarding tourist accommodation establishments and vacation rentals in Catalonia, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • If the cancellation is made by the client within the ten days prior to the arrival date, the following penalties apply:

a) For reservations of two days or less, 50% of the total stay price.
b) For reservations of more than two days and up to seven days, 35% of the total stay price.
c) For reservations of more than seven days, 25% of the total stay price.
  • These penalties do not apply if the cancellation is due to a duly accredited force majeure.
  • The client has the right to cancel the confirmed reservation without penalty, provided it is done more than ten days prior to the arrival date.
  • Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stovetop, oven, and washing machine.
  • Central heating.

  • Game room with foosball, American pool, and board games.

  • Porch for enjoying good conversation or setting up tables for meals.
